The rules for using Jubeex — what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

01 Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Melixa Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at C-502, Second Floor, Sushant Lok-1, Gurugram, Haryana 122009, which operates the Jubeex brand (“Jubeex”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, accessing our website at www.jubeex.com, using our mobile applications, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a firm or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organisation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
02 About the Service
Jubeex is a software platform that reviews court filings before they are filed. It checks uploaded documents against the applicable court rules and filing requirements, flags defects such as missing documents or formatting issues, and provides tools to fix them — including automated corrections, in-document editing, index generation, and draft documents prepared from templates (together, the “Service”).
The Service is a pre-filing check only. Jubeex does not file documents with any court or registry on your behalf.
03 Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
- You must give accurate and complete information when you register, and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@jubeex.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Accounts are for the individual or organisation that registered them. Plan limits on users or seats must be respected, and login credentials must not be shared beyond them.
04 Not legal advice
Jubeex is a software tool, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, and using the Service does not create an advocate–client relationship between you and Jubeex.
- The Service uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. Results, suggested fixes and draft documents may be incomplete or incorrect.
- Court rules, practice directions and registry requirements change, and registries may apply them differently. A clean result from Jubeex does not guarantee that a filing will be accepted or that no objections will be raised.
- You remain solely responsible for reviewing all outputs, for the final contents of every filing, and for meeting all deadlines, fees and requirements of the court.
05 Your content
“Your Content” means the documents, files, text and other material you upload to or create in the Service.
- You own Your Content. We claim no ownership over it.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, copy and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You confirm that you have all rights, permissions and consents needed to upload Your Content — including any personal data of your clients or other parties — and that doing so does not breach any law, court order, confidentiality obligation or professional rule.
- You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important documents. The Service is not intended to be your only record of any filing.
06 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to create or submit false, forged or misleading documents.
- Upload material you have no right to share, or that contains viruses or other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with their security or performance.
- Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or extract the rules, templates, databases or source code behind the Service, except as permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.
- Use the Service to build a competing product.
07 Plans, pricing and payment
- Some features of the Service require a paid plan. Current plans and prices are shown on our website or in the app at the time of purchase.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be added at the applicable rate. We will issue a GST-compliant invoice.
- Payments on our website are processed securely by Razorpay. Purchases made inside a mobile app may be processed through the app store’s billing system, in which case that store’s terms also apply.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) and you authorise us to charge the applicable fee unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- We may change our prices. Any change will apply from your next billing period, and we will notify you in advance.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, and may suspend paid features until payment is received.
08 Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
09 Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, rule sets, templates, databases, design, text, graphics, the Jubeex name, logo and bee mark — is owned by Melixa Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your internal professional purposes.
Draft documents and corrected files generated for you from Your Content may be used by you freely in your filings. Our underlying templates and rules remain our property.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
10 Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers such as hosting, payment, authentication and document-processing services, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
11 Availability and changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove a core feature of a paid plan during your billing period, we will let you know and offer a fair remedy, which may include a pro-rated refund.
12 Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its results will be accurate, complete, or accepted by any court or registry. We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
13 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, clients, data, goodwill, or for any consequence of a filing being rejected, delayed, or objected to.
- Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Melixa Private Limited, its directors, employees and partners against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or any law.
15 Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.
- On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may download Your Content before your account is closed; after that, it will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — will continue to apply.
16 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Subject to that, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
17 General
- Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
